How to password protect the Serial Device Manager
Cloud-In-Hand Mobile Attendance customers can enable password protection for the Serial Device Manager (SDM) settings. After enabling SDM password protection, user accounts using the Mobile Attendance application for Android will be able to access the Serial Device Manager and add/remove devices but will be unable to view or change global or individual device settings without the SDM password. The screenshots below demonstrate what happens when a user account tries to access the SDM settings. Global Settings 1.
