How to upload a log for Cloud-In-Hand Mobile Grid for Android

This support article will walk you through how to upload a log file to Cloud-In-Hand so that the Serialio engineer team can troubleshoot a bug or problem you are experiencing. If you are unsure of how to re-produce the issue, skip part one and two and go straight to Part Three.

Part One: Clear The Log File

3. Scroll down to the very bottom. Tap on Logging.

4. Tap on Delete Log File.

Part Two: Re-Produce Your Issue or Bug

Try to reproduce the issue you were experiencing with SerialMagic Gears.

Part Three: Send the Log File

5. If prompted, type your name for the “Name to associate with log file.”

6. Type the log password given to you by a Serialio technician. Then, click “OK.”
