How do you connect Bluetooth device when Android shows mode as HID but mode is BLE?
Many Bluetooth devices support multiple modes. BlueSnap M6A, and idChamp brand NFC-RFID reader-writer like NF4, RS3, RS4, DX1 have option for multiple Bluetooth modes. Suppose device is connected in HID (keyboard simulation) mode, then later want to change mode and connect to the same Android device (similar issue happens on iOS).
This video shows how to use SerialMagic Gears app on Android to easily clear the Bluetooth cache so device will forget the incorrect Bluetooth mode. Note: after start video play, click gear icon and pick 1080p for quality.
