Connect BlueSnap M6A On Windows

Connect BlueSnap M6A Windows using SerialMagic Keys. You send RS232 data wirelessly as keystrokes to any Windows application with no programming. Use one of two SerialMagic Keys applications: SerialMagic Keys Professional from Microsoft Store; SerialMagic Professional. Here see how to connect BlueSnap M6A wireless RS-232 dongle with SerialMagic Keys Professional from Microsoft Store.

Install SerialMagic Keys Professional

First, Install SerialMagic Keys Professional (SMKP) from the Microsoft Store*.

Afterward, launch SMKP and find “SerialMagic Keys Professional driver found” to verify the driver is installed – if not, use the link to install the driver.  Note: Windows 11 build 22621.2134 and later include the driver.

Third, use Select Device and pick the BlueSnap M6A device you will connect SMKP with.

Forth, your BlueSnap RS-232 wireless dongle is selected, tap Connect.

Next you see Windows prompt to approve pairing to the BlueSnap M6A, select Yes.

Now find Pairing success shown below the BlueSnap M6A  RS232 wireless dongle.

Finally, select “Connect” and see the BlueSnap M6A wireless RS232 dongle connected.

Put the cursor where you want your data posted as keystrokes and use BlueSnap M6A to post RFID-NFC scans, barcodes, scale wights, caliper measurements, sensor readings, whatever.

Note: after you have paired the wireless M6A adapter using SerialMagic Keys Professional, you can enable auto-reconnection in Settings.
