This support article will walk you through how to upload a log file to our servers so that the Serialio engineer team can troubleshoot a bug or problem you are experiencing with SerialMagic Gears. If you are unsure of how to reproduce the issue, skip to Send the Log.
Clear the Log File
1. Tap menu upper-left

2. Tap on Settings.

3. Scroll down to the very bottom. Tap on Logging.

4. Insure Log on/off is on – Tap on Delete Log File.

Re-Produce the Issue/Bug
Try to reproduce the issue you were experiencing with SerialMagic Gears.
Send the Log File
1. Go to Logging Settings view as shown above.
2. Tap on Send Log.
3a. If prompted – Type your name for the “Name to associate with log file.”
3b. Type the log password given to you by a Serialio technician.
