You change the idChamp® NF4x DIP switch settings for some modes and configurations.
DIP Switch Settings For BLE Battery & Kiosk Modes
idChamp® NF4x Wireless RFID-NFC Smart Card Reader/Writer DIP Switch Settings for ‘button power on’ (Battery) mode.
Use idChamp® NF4x Wireless RFID-NFC Smart Card Reader/Writer in ‘kiosk’ (cabled power) mode, set DIP switch S3-3 in ON position.
Note: This can also be done on the battery unit, then the NF4x will stay on as long as it has external power or battery power.
