The KeyBatch BR2 can be used as a flash drive, allowing you to access your scans by plugging in the scanner to your computer and opening the drive that appears. You can configure the formatting of the scans using the configuration guide (in links below). This includes how time and date formats display, what fields are included in the output file, and what separator to use (comma, pipe, etc.).
