This support article will provide instructions on how to submit a log for NFC Gears.
1. Launch the NFC Gears application.
Note that this is a separate application from SerialMagic Gears.
2. Tap on “Settings.”
Make sure that “Logging” is enabled. If it is not already enabled, tap on the checkbox to the far right of “Logging.” You will then have to reproduce the bug before continuing to step three.
3. Tap on “Send log.”
4. Type in the password provided to you by a Serialio technician, then tap “OK.”
