This support article will provide instructions on how to submit a log for iScanBrowser for Android.
1. Tap on the “Options” button located at the top left-hand corner of the screen.
2. Tap on “Options.”
3. Tap on “SEND LOG” located at the very bottom of the Options page.
4. Enter in your Cloud-in-Hand username, then tap “OK.” If you do not have a Cloud-in-Hand account, type in your last name and first initial instead. (e.g. Bob Johnson would be “johnsonb“)
5. Type in the log password provided to you by a Serialio technician, then tap “OK.”
