Ultra-Fast Room Measurements | SerialMagic Keys iPad/iPhone
First install SerialMagic Keys from Appstore to iPad-iPhone. Next launch SerialMagic Keys, give it permissions, then power-on the laser measurer and connect. Here the Bosch Blaze 165-27C is used, tap Devices on SerialMagic Keys main view
and tap the Blaze name under FOUND DEVICES to connect.
Important note: iOS design only allows 3rd party keyboards to have wireless connection when the keyboard has focus. This means iOS will drop SerialMagic Keys (SMK) wireless connection when SMK is not active. Finally know the SMK reconnection is fast, disconnect/reconnect won’t slow down your productivity.
SerialMagic Keys Focus In Desired App
First open the app where you want to post laser measurement keystrokes, here the Message App is used. Next tap to get keyboard focus, the wireless icon shows you the connection status.
