I have been using SerialMagic Pro for OS X for almost a year, and it has worked flawlessly the whole time. The communication and support provided by Serialio.com is second to none. I have never emailed a question and not been impressed with the prompt reply, even to the point of fixing a software glitch and emailing me an update within a couple of hours. Simply amazing!
