Setup Incident Reporting TEXT-SMS Recipients
First your cloud-in-hand.com Stratus-io Time & Attendance account must have SMS option enabled. Next login to Stratus-io Time & Attendance admin account. Third select ORGANIZATION > REMOTE CHECK-IN APP, and finally select “SMS Settings”. Under “SMS Recipients” enter the number(s) that will receive employee incident reports.
Report Incidents via App: Stratus-io Remote Check-in
First user taps the Event they want report related to, this is typically the ‘Event Of The Day’. Next tap “Send Message” and enter the incident information. Finally tap Send.
The incident report is sent via TEXT-SMS to the numbers setup on the account as shown above in this post. All the numbers setup to receive emergency incident reporting get notification, e.g. like shown below.
