Unwanted Nearby UHF Tags Ignored Using Scanfob® Ultra-RE40e

Scanfob RE40e UHF Tag Reader unwanted nearby UHF tags 300wStarport Technologies encodes 10 million RFID tags per month, sometimes UHF reader must ignore unwanted nearby UHF tags.

Prior to encoding some UHF tags we do printing. We use Scanfob® Ultra-RE40e UHF RFID readers to quickly spot check around voided tags to insure the encoding is done to the proper tags. Scanfob® Ultra-RE40e UHF RFID readers are very powerful and flexible.

We like the excellent flexibility of Ultra-RE40e UHF Readers. First we read many tags at the same time with high power setting. Secondly using SDM* filtering with power & RSSI controls we isolate and read only tags of interest when many tags are nearby. Reading unwanted nearby UHF tags is eliminated using the SDM* in apps like Cloud-In-Hand Mobile Grid, iScanBrowser, and SerialMagic Keys.
