I purchased the LaserMagic II Bluetooth Professional with BlueSnap USB Windows bundle to use with Readerware software to catalog my books. I have more than a few. I had occasion to deal with your support and my question was answered very quickly. The system worked so well I purchased another license for another computer. I actually have fun scanning and cataloging books, CDs and videos! I have begun to think of ways that I might use the scanning to keep track of supplies at my office.
