Solution for Repetitive Stress Injuries
Use barcode scanning for mobile workforce to reduce PDA injuries. Thumb RSI (Repetitive Stress Injuries) are well known for heavy and frequent computer keyboard users. This issue extends now to mobile devices, especially since most times the thumbs are used to input ALL data on the device (unlike keyboards where the keys occur across all of the fingers). Barcode scanning allows input of many digits with a singlebutton push (or no button push at all when using hands-free scanning). This means using a barcode scanner makes it possible to significantly reduce personal injuries related to data entry, especially for mobile applications.
SerialMagic enables the KDC200 Bluetooth scanners on all major mobile platforms including BlackBerry, Symbian Series 60, Windows Mobile Professional/Classic/Pocket PC (touch screen), Windows Mobile Smartphone (non-touch screen) and PalmOS 5. SerialMagic is also available for Windows 2008/Vista/2003/XP/2000. See powerful ways to use SerialMagic.
Bundle KDC200 with your PDA, Phone or Mobile Internet Device (MID) for low-cost, yet powerful, one-handed mobile scanning.
Windows Mobile touch - one handed scanning PDA. See example here.
Windows Mobile Smartphone (non-touch) - one handed scanning. See example here.

Use the KDC Travel cable with the mobile power pack to power and charge the KDC200 while connected to your BlackBerry and scanning barcodes. With this option it's possible to never have a dead scanner battery interrupt your schedule. The mobile power pack can also be used to power and charge your mobile phone!
