BtSnapTM - Bluetooth Serial Network Access Point
NOTE This product has been discontinued and replaced by ScanChamp® ScanReader Flow product. The BtSnap-LC-700 allows 7 Bluetooth devices to be simultaneously connected to any host computer anywhere on the network. The BtSnap is unique from other Bluetooth Access Points since it communicates to Bluetooth devices using the Bluetooth Serial port profile (Spp). BtSnap provides access to many devices not supported on standard Bluetooth access points. The ScanChamp® ScanReader Professional software is available for the BtSnap. The BtSnap allows scans can be collected in real-time from 7 LaserChamp or Flic scanners simultaneously to a host computer virtually anywhere on the local network. When run in batch mode the BtSnap can be used to download scans from more than 7 scanners. Put data directly in Excel or SQL database with the powerful data connection feature of the ScanChamp® ScanReader software. BtSnap can also be used with RFID scanners, and other devices that implement Bluetooth Serial port profile (Spp). Coming Soon! Java SerialPort API with a BtSnap interface. With BtSnap support in SerialPort create custom applications to virtually any Bluetooth Spp device(s).
