Zaurus SL-5500 and SL-5000D information, and issues in ROM images 1.12, 1.13, 2.13

This bug affects the Wireless LAN Setting and using WEP (Wireless Encryption Protocol)

When WEP is enabled using Shared Key as shown below and the wireless access point is configured to match so the connection is operational

If the WEP is then disabled as shown below (and the wireless access point is configured to match)

The wireless connection will fail. Apparently the Zaurus still maintains the WEP setting when Shared Key is selected. The solution is to select Open System, before WEP is disabled as shown in the configuration below.
